We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Analyst to join us to support the successful integration of SAP across a complex contract and project delivery environment. This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract arrangement.

About the role

n

You will support project delivery across accounting and operational finance functions of our SAP S/4HANA implementation for our service-based business. You will work closely with the business transformation team to ensure the Utilities business is represented and to identify improvements before system implementation.

Key responsibilities:

n

- Collaborating with Finance and Business teams to ensure requirements are captured.
n
- Supporting change management activities by documenting process changes and their business impact.
n
- Assisting with data cleansing, data mapping, and construction of data files.
n
- Assisting with the coordination of multiple Stakeholders for data gathering and consolidation.
n
- Assisting with UAT.
n
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure finance-related business requirements are integrated across different workstreams.
n
- Providing insights into potential risks and dependencies during the project.

About you

n

Our ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Experience as a Business Analyst,



preferably with Finance (FI/CO) projects.
n
- Hands-on experience with Finance (FI/CO) modules.
n
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting.
n
- Experience with system implementation projects and requirements gathering.
n
- Knowledge of integration points between Finance and other modules (e.g. PS, MM, SD).
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced project environment.
n
- Tertiary or SAP related certifications would be highly regarded.
