The Opportunity

Lighthouse Service Partners is a people-first trades company on a mission to partner with and grow home service businesses across plumbing, air con, electrical, and related trades all over Australia.

What You'll Do

- Partner directly with the Managing Director as a seamless leadership team, dividing responsibilities to match your respective strengths
- Own the P&L; — drive gross profit and EBITDA growth, and own reporting to senior leadership
- Build and lead high-performing teams, and develop the next generation of managers
- Drive operational excellence across systems, processes, and people
- Get close to the customer and relentlessly improve their experience
- Set strategy, move fast, and make data-informed calls
- Collaborate across Lighthouse's product, finance, and integration teams

What You Bring





- A track record of driving impact and beating targets — SMB general management or senior leadership experience a plus
- Robust FP&A; chops: budgeting, financial management, P&L; ownership
- High EQ, sharp people instincts, and a genuine interest in developing others
- A resourceful, scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
- A degree (MBA or equivalent a bonus, not a requirement)
