About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and personable Enrolments Manager to lead enrolments at Wilderness School.
This permanent full time position reports directly to the Principal and works closely with the Deputy Principals, Heads of School and the Marketing and Advancement Offices.
The Enrolments Manager is responsible for obtaining and administering student enrolments at the School, including developing and implementing both short and long term business development and marketing strategies that achieve the School's enrolment objectives. The role liaises with prospective students and their families to ensure they are regularly informed about the School, its programs and its achievements, while administering the enrolment of girls to the School.
The successful applicant will scope and define the enrolment experience across its key stages, conduct private tours and organise interviews with the Principal, coordinate the scholarship and testing process, and manage all aspects of enrolment for overseas students in accordance with relevant Acts and legal requirements, including PRISMS and CRICOS regulatory information.
The Enrolments Manager also manages the Front Office Receptionist and Enrolments Assistant, ensuring support and professional development,
and oversees Front Office operations to ensure efficient service delivery and a welcoming experience for all visitors and stakeholders. Alongside the relationship work sits a solid analytical focus. The role conducts detailed analysis of enrolment data to identify trends on a weekly and monthly basis, integrates market research and survey feedback to improve the enrolment process, and provides monthly reports to the Principal on the enrolment process and market conditions.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, sales, a marketing related discipline or education, or equivalent experience
- A proactive view of exceptional customer service, with the capacity to think strategically and analytically to improve service delivery and effectiveness
- Ability to develop strategic plans to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
- Advanced ICT skills in the MS Office suite and experience using database software; knowledge of website publishing software would be advantageous
- Previous experience in enrolments, student services, or in a school or educational setting is desirable
- Previous experience working in a business development or sales role is desirable
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills, with the ability to take initiative, research, analyse and resolve complex issues
- Superior organisational skills and the ability to set goals, implement action plans,
prioritise work and manage multiple tasks
