We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong AI domain expertise to join a well-established Australian-headquartered online trading and brokerage firm with a significant global presence, serving clients across forex, equities, commodities, and CFD markets..

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will provide architecture leadership across enterprise-wide AI initiatives, helping shape the organisation's AI operating model, governance frameworks, and technology strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead enterprise architecture decisions across AI-related programs and initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on AI architecture patterns, operating models, and decision frameworks.
- Establish and formalise AI standards, including:
- AI classification frameworks
- Platform vs. solution architecture decisions
- Build vs. run operating models

- Ensure AI architecture aligns with emerging legal, risk, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Support and mentor Solution Architects, providing both strategic direction and hands-on architectural guidance when required.
- Influence senior stakeholders and provide trusted technology leadership across the business.




- Assist in reducing vendor dependency by establishing sustainable AI capabilities and architecture practices.

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within large and complex environments ✅ Deep understanding of AI-native operating models, architecture frameworks, and governance practices

✅ Experience establishing architecture standards, decision frameworks, and enterprise-wide technology guardrails

✅ Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence executive and senior leadership teams

✅ Ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable working at the solution architecture level when needed

✅ Demonstrated experience supporting AI-enabled business transformation initiatives
