About the role

MainCrew is seeking reliable, motivated people with a current HR or HC driver's licence to join a well-established Indigenous civil contractor. The work includes remote road construction and maintenance, bulk earthworks and pad construction. Projects are often well off the beaten track and outside traditional mine-site locations. You will be working 12-hour shifts in remote conditions on a FIFO 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting civil operators and supervisors

- Road signage and work-area setup

- General labouring and trade-assistant duties

- Assisting with road maintenance and bulk earthworks

- Driving trucks and support vehicles where authorised

- Completing pre-start checks and basic equipment care

- Maintaining clean and protected work areas

- Learning plant operation under supervision

About you





- Current HR or HC driver's licence
- A reliable, practical and safety-focused attitude

- Willingness to complete physical, hands-on work

- Ability to follow instructions and work within a small crew

- Ability to manage long shifts in hot, dusty and remote conditions

- Previous mining, civil, transport, farming or mechanical experience is desirable

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
