About the Role

This is more than just a job—it’s a pathway to becoming a highly effective and successful Sales Agent. You will train, learn, and grow alongside experienced industry professionals who are committed to helping you succeed.

You will

- Work closely with senior agents to learn prospecting, listings, and sales processes
- Build strong relationships within the local community to support business growth
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appraisal, listing, negotiation, and sales journey
- Engage in lead generation, prospecting, follow-up calls, and current business development
- Manage buyer and seller enquiries and support property appraisals




- Assist in property viewings, OFIs, and marketing activities
- Support the contract, negotiation, and settlement processes
- Contribute to local area marketing and promotional initiatives
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients and the team

This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, property, and personal development.

What You’ll Bring

Experience is a bonus but not essential. What matters most is your attitude and drive.

You will ideally have

- A strong interest in real estate and customer service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria (Formerly known as the Agents Representative Certificate)
- Full driver’s license
- A positive, self-motivated, and professional approach
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term real estate career
