Join a large and complex public sector organisation responsible for delivering critical services across Australia. As part of a significant technology function, you'll take ownership of a mission-critical SAP ERP platform supporting finance, payroll, workforce management, procurement and corporate services.

Your recent role

As the ERP Platform Owner, you will be the strategic and operational lead for the organisation's SAP ecosystem. You'll drive platform performance, security, governance and continuous improvement while partnering with senior executives, business stakeholders, architects and vendors to shape the platform's future direction.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the ERP platform strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
- Driving platform reliability, security, performance and continuous improvement.
- Managing vendor and managed service provider relationships.
- Leading upgrades, integrations and enhancement initiatives.
- Building strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Providing governance and strategic leadership across a complex enterprise environment.
- Shaping future Finance, Payroll, Workforce Management and Procurement capabilities.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will bring:




- Significant experience leading ERP or enterprise application platforms.
- Strong SAP experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proven experience in ERP Platform Ownership, Enterprise Applications Management or Technology Service Ownership roles.
- Experience managing enterprise vendors and technology partners.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading technology change within complex organisations.
- Experience working within government, regulated industries or large-scale enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
