Saha Projects, a family-owned Inner West commercial construction company, is looking for a commercially sharp, detail-focused Estimator to join the team and strengthen their pre-construction capability.

This is a standalone role — no existing estimating team — reporting directly to the Director. You’ll take ownership of the estimating and tendering process from initial review through to submission and handover, working closely with the Director, project team, consultants, and subcontractors.

What you’ll be doing

- Reviewing tender documents, drawings and specifications
- Preparing detailed cost plans, estimates and tender submissions
- Completing take-offs and developing trade scopes
- Managing subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Attending site inspections and client meetings

What you’ll bring:




- 3–5 years’ experience estimating commercial fit-out, refurbishment or construction projects up to $10M in Australia
- Solid understanding of construction methodology and trade packages
- Relevant qualifications (construction management, quantity surveying, engineering or similar)
- Current driver’s licence
- Experience with estimating/take-off software highly regarded

Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 (dependent on experience) Apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
