Freyssinet Australia is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Melbourne-based Remedial team. This is an opportunity to work on technically complex and diverse remedial and strengthening projects that extend the life of critical infrastructure across Australia.

The Role

- As an Estimator within the Remedial business, you will lead estimating and tendering activities from initial opportunity review through to submission. You’ll collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to develop cutting-edge, competitive solutions for a wide range of remedial works.

- The role is based in Melbourne, costed to overhead, with occasional short trips nationwide to support tender development and opportunity reviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for remedial construction projects

- Develop construction methodologies, programs, and pricing strategies

- Coordinate and write high-quality tender and bid submissions

- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

- Provide technical and commercial input during pre-contract planning





- Support the identification and conversion of new project opportunities
