We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded EV Networks Manager to play a key role in expanding and optimising Australia's leading EV charging network, Chargefox. Reporting to the Head of EV Networks, you will drive network growth through strategic partnerships, authentic relationship management, and supporting the development of new EV infrastructure projects. You'll build strong relationships with site hosts, roaming partners, service providers, government stakeholders and industry groups, helping to create a seamless charging experience for EV drivers across Australia.

About the Role

As EV Networks Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering opportunities to expand the Chargefox network while maximising partner performance and commercial outcomes. Working closely with teams across operations, product, technology and commercial functions, you will help deliver a scalable and market-leading charging ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Network Growth & Commercial Development

- Identify and develop opportunities to expand the EV charging network through new site hosts, roaming partners and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the network growth pipeline, maintaining visibility of new sites, partner opportunities, and project progress.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with prospective partners and service providers.
- Support partner onboarding,



contracting and transition to ongoing account management.

Partner & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with site hosts, roaming partners, automotive organisations, installers and service providers.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for key network partners.
- Monitor partner performance against contractual commitments, service levels and commercial objectives.
- Identify and resolve partner issues, operational risks and performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and partner initiatives.

Industry Engagement

- Represent AMS and Chargefox in interactions with partners, customers and industry stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with government agencies and relevant industry groups.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Represent Chargefox at industry events, conferences and speaking engagements where appropriate.

About You

You are a commercially astute relationship manager with a track record of growing partnerships and delivering outcomes in complex stakeholder environments.

You will bring

- 5+ years' experience in partnerships, business development,



account management or commercial roles within infrastructure, energy, transport, technology, mobility or related industries.
- Experience managing strategic partner or customer relationships.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Robust business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to building positive relationships.
- Alignment with AMS values and a continuous learning mindset.

Experience within EV charging, energy infrastructure, transport or mobility sectors will be highly regarded but is not essential.
