Role Description The Event Coordinator for Máster en Ingeniería Avanzada del Motorsport (MIAM UPM) is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning and execution of academic and motorsport-related events, such as webinars, workshops, guest lectures, and networking sessions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing schedules, preparing digital promotional materials, and maintaining clear communication with speakers, partners, and participants. The role involves handling registrations, responding to attendee inquiries, and ensuring a positive and professional experience before, during, and after each event.

The Event

Coordinator will also track event performance, support follow-up communications, and collaborate with the broader MIAM UPM team to continuously improve the event portfolio.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and coordinate events, demonstrating strong Event Planning and Event Management skills.




- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid Customer Service orientation, with a focus on attendee satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Basic Sales skills to support event promotion, partner engagement, and participant outreach.
- Proficiency with digital tools for remote work (e.g., video conferencing platforms, office productivity software, and event registration tools).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience coordinating academic, corporate, or motorsport events is advantageous.
- Relevant education or training in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
