Registration Project Manager – Event Technology

Sydney | Full-time | Hybrid Sprintr is seeking a Project Manager to deliver event technology solutions for corporate, exhibition, and association clients across Australia and Asia-Pacific.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage registration platforms, onsite badge printing, and event apps from initial setup through to onsite delivery. You'll work directly with event organisers to ensure smooth, professional and reliable event experiences, and you'll put your curiosity to work understanding how these platforms connect and share data behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for a tech-experienced Registration or Event Manager looking to build their career in event technology.

About the role

You will manage the delivery of event technology projects from planning through to onsite execution.

Key responsibilities include





- Managing event registration builds, event apps, and onsite badge printing deployments
- Acting as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
- Coordinating event logistics, equipment, and staffing
- Preparing and configuring event technology platforms
- Overseeing how platforms connect and share data, including checking field mapping and confirming data is flowing correctly between systems
- Supporting onsite delivery and troubleshooting where required
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes
- Providing post-event reporting and feedback

This role includes both office-based planning and onsite event delivery.

What we're looking for

Experience

- 3–5 years experience in business events, event coordination, or event project management
- Experience delivering conferences, exhibitions, or corporate events
- Experience using event registration platforms is highly desirable

Skills

- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Comfortable learning and using current technology systems
- Some exposure to how systems connect and share data, such as APIs,



integrations or field mapping between platforms, or a genuine appetite to learn it
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail

Experience with platforms such as EventsAir, Cvent, Entegy, Stova, RainFocus, Swoogo or similar is highly regarded. Full training will be provided on Sprintr systems and workflows.

Other requirements

- Willingness to travel for events when required
- Valid driver’s licence
