One of Australia's leading corporate events and incentive agency is looking for an experienced Event Manager to join their Sydney-based team.

This is an exciting chance for a highly organised events professional who thrives on logistics and enjoys managing complex programs from initial planning through to onsite delivery. The agency delivers conferences, incentives, travel programs and corporate events across Australia and internationally.

The role:

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects and bring a high level of experience in end-to-end event delivery. Particularly across international destinations

- Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of corporate events, conferences and incentive programs
- Coordinate complex event logistics, including international travel and destination management
- Develop and maintain critical paths, run sheets, operational documents and event timelines
- Manage delegate registrations and communications using EventsAIR
- Work closely with internal teams to oversee travel, accommodation and attendee requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers and other key stakeholders
- Manage supplier sourcing, briefing, negotiations and event documentation
- Take ownership of project budgets, invoicing, approvals and financial tracking
- Coordinate event collateral, branding, production and other program elements
- Lead onsite event delivery, coordinating suppliers, staff and event operations
- Ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget

The Candidate: We're looking for an experienced Event Manager with approximately six years of end-to-end event management experience.





You will ideally have worked within an events or incentive agency before and have a genuine passion for the detail and logistics involved in delivering exceptional events.

You will bring

- Approximately 6 years' experience managing events from concept through to onsite delivery
- Previous experience within an events, conference or incentive travel agency highly regarded
- Experience managing international events and familiarity with international destinations
- Strong knowledge of complex event logistics and travel programs
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience managing event budgets and supplier relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary package of $80,000 - $90,000+ depending on experience
