We’re a close-knit, ambitious team that cares deeply about our clients, our events and each other. We’re now looking for an experienced Event Manager to join us three days per week.
About the roleWorking alongside our Producers and wider events team, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of corporate events from planning through to successful delivery.
You’ll act as a key contact for clients and suppliers, coordinating venues, production, catering, travel, registration, entertainment, styling and event logistics. You’ll keep projects moving, details accurate and stakeholders informed while ensuring every event feels considered, seamless and distinctly On Purpose.
This role would suit an experienced Event Manager who is highly organised, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys turning complex plans into exceptional event experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage corporate events from briefing and planning through to onsite delivery and post-event reporting.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a responsive day-to-day contact.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, run sheets, schedules and operational documentation.
- Source, brief and coordinate venues, suppliers,
production partners, speakers and event staff.
- Manage event registrations, guest communications and attendee requirements.
- Track budgets, supplier costs, client approvals and project changes accurately.
- Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions.
- Lead client and supplier meetings, including regular project status updates.
- Coordinate onsite event delivery and ensure each event runs seamlessly.
- Gather client and attendee feedback and contribute to post-event reporting.
- Support pitches, proposals, research and creative event development.
- Contribute ideas that improve our events, processes and client experience.
- Support the wider team during busy periods and major event delivery.
What you’ll bring
- At least two years’ experience in event management, event coordination or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience delivering corporate events, conferences, gala dinners, incentives or brand experiences.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing budgets, timelines, run sheets and event documentation.
- A proactive, resourceful approach and the ability to solve problems calmly.
- Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Warmth, good humour and a genuine commitment to exceptional client service.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and cloud-based event or project management platforms.
- Experience with event registration technology such as Cvent or EventsAir would be advantageous.

Hours
- Part-time positionwithin standard office hours.
