Excavator Operator - Level 2

We are actively seeking a dedicated Storeman & Forklift Operator to join our Manufacturing & Warehousing team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a rapid-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate excavators of various sizes across quarry operations with face loading experience.
- Extract, load, move and stockpile quarry materials as required.
- Load trucks and other mobile plant safely and efficiently.
- Conduct excavation, battering, trenching and general earthmoving activities.
- Feed and manage material around crushing and screening operations where required.
- Maintain stockpiles and ensure materials are placed correctly.
- Complete daily pre-start inspections and identify any mechanical or safety issues.




- Operate machinery in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements.
- Assist with general quarry duties and other mobile plant operations when required.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, truck drivers and other quarry personnel.
- Follow all workplace health and safety, environmental and operational procedures.
- Report hazards, incidents, equipment faults and maintenance requirements promptly.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Current Excavator Ticket
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in Civil works or Mining.
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- A reliable, punctual, and motivated attitude
- Professionalism and a strong commitment to workplace safety
