Experienced Excavator Operator – Local Roadworks

Wright Way Civil is a local, family-owned business based in the Nambucca Valley. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Excavator Operator to join our great team, working on roadwork and civil construction projects throughout the Coffs Coast and Nambucca Heads areas.

About the role:
- Operating a 5.5-tonne excavator
- Completing roadwork and general civil construction duties
- Safely loading and unloading machinery
- Performing daily checks and machine maintenance
- General labouring when required
- Working safely and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
- Follow safety requirements/ PPE Requirements

Skills and experience required:
- Current White Card
- Relevant RII Excavator ticket
- Current HR truck licence
- Minimum two years’ excavator operating experience




- Experience operating 3–5.5-tonne excavators
- Roadwork or civil construction experience preferred
- Previous induction for the Coffs Harbour Bypass would be highly regarded
- Reliable, motivated and safety-focused
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Availability to work Saturdays when required
