Developer Builder | Major Apartment Developments x 2

Join a growing developer-builder delivering the next stage of a large-scale, self-delivered apartment development, with a substantial long-term pipeline ahead. A genuine opportunity for an experienced CA or Senior CA looking for career progression, strong project exposure and the opportunity to work within an established team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead procurement and subcontractor management across the project, including tendering, scope reviews and negotiations.
- Manage variations, progress claims, EOTs, contracts and commercial risk throughout delivery.
- Monitor project costs, forecasting and budgets, with a strong focus on maintaining project profitability.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team on commercial strategy, value engineering and future developments.

SENIOR CA | $160K–$180K + SUPER

Tier 2 Builder | $30M Landmark Commercial Development

Take full commercial ownership of a $30M landmark development, from procurement through to final account, working closely with and reporting directly to the Project Manager. A high-profile project with a builder recognised for delivering complex and quality commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full head contract and subcontractor administration, including procurement, scope reviews, letting packages, variations, claims and EOTs.
- Manage project costs and commercial reporting, including forecasting, cost-to-complete, commitments, cash flow and monthly reporting.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor claims, variations,



progress payments and contractual correspondence, ensuring commercial risk is controlled.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team, consultants and client, supporting project delivery, contract compliance, procurement and successful handover.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR | $150K–$180K + SUPER

Commercial Contractor | Current Build, Refurbishment & Fitout A well-regarded Perth commercial contractor with $2M–$20M+ of secured work is looking for an experienced CA to join their team. You will work across a varied portfolio including new builds, refurbishments, live-environment upgrades and premium office fitouts.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of head contract and subcontract administration, including procurement, scopes, variations, EOTs, claims and contractual correspondence.
- Manage the commercial performance of the $10M refurbishment project, including cost reporting, forecasting, commitments, cash flow and cost-to-complete.
- Coordinate complex refurbishment works, managing existing conditions, design changes, latent conditions, staging, live-site constraints and subcontractor interfaces.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, consultants and client, providing commercial advice, mitigating risk and driving the project through to handover.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR | $170K + SUPER (PART-TIME CONSIDERED)

Boutique Perth Builder | Apartments

Work directly with two hands-on Directors on a premium $25M apartment project from the beginning of construction, with multiple future developments already secured. An excellent opportunity for a CA who wants greater responsibility,



direct access to decision-makers and a long-term home with a growing boutique builder.

Responsibilities:

- Manage subcontractor claims, variations and progress payments, ensuring accurate assessment and commercial control.
- Manage head contract claims and variations, working closely with the Director on commercial strategy and negotiations.
- Prepare project forecasting, cost-to-complete and monthly commercial reports, monitoring project performance and risk.
- Manage EOTs and NODs in conjunction with the Director, including assessment, documentation and contractual correspondence.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR | $160K + SUPER

Developer Builder | Luxury Apartments | North Perth

Join an established developer-builder delivering a boutique three-storey luxury apartment development with basement parking. You’ll have genuine autonomy across the project, with the opportunity to move onto future developments already in the pipeline.

Responsibilities:

- Solely manage the full contract administration function for the $30M boutique apartment project, from procurement through to final account and handover.
- Manage subcontractor procurement and administration, including scopes, letting, progress claims, variations, EOTs, RFIs and contractual correspondence.
- Take responsibility for project cost control and commercial reporting, including forecasting, commitments, variations, cash flow and cost-to-complete.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team, consultants and client, identifying commercial risks, resolving issues and ensuring the project remains financially and contractually controlled.
