About The Role As the Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer, you will provide high-quality, proactive and confidential executive support to the CPO and People &

- Culture leadership team.

You will play an key role in coordinating the day-to-day operation of the CPO’s office, managing priorities, meetings, communications, travel and key People &
- Culture activities.

This is a role for someone who is highly organised, anticipates what is needed and is confident working with senior leaders and sensitive information. You will also contribute to projects, events and process improvements across the People &
- Culture function.

You will be trusted to take ownership, keep things moving and ensure the CPO and leadership team are well supported to deliver their priorities.

About You To be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in the following:

- Providing high-level executive or administrative support to a senior leader, including managing complex diaries, meetings, travel and competing priorities.
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion, sound judgement and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, use initiative, solve problems and proactively manage issues through to resolution.
- Highly developed organisational, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

- Completion of a Business/Administration degree combined with relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
