DFP Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Executive Assistants for a range of immediate start temporary and contract opportunities across both South Australian State Government departments and private sector organisations.
These roles provide the prospect to support senior executives and leadership teams in fast-paced, professional environments where strong organisational skills, initiative, and attention to detail are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and email management
- Coordination of meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items
- Preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Travel, accommodation, and event coordination
- Managing confidential information with discretion
- Stakeholder liaison across internal and external networks
- Records management, filing, and document control
- Supporting executives with day-to-day administrative requirements
- Assisting with process improvements and office coordination activities
About You To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Support Officer, or Senior Administrator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level stakeholders
Desirable
- Previous State Government experience
- Experience preparing briefing materials, reports, or ministerial correspondence
- Knowledge of records management systems and government processes
Mandatory Requirements
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to commence immediately or at short notice
