We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our growing team and provide high-level support to three Partners.
This is more than a diary-management role. You’ll become a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping them navigate competing priorities, manage client relationships and stay focused on delivering exceptional outcomes.
Working alongside a collaborative and highly capable Support team, you’ll play a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly. You’ll need to be someone who can stay one step ahead, spot what needs to be done before you’re asked, and bring calm, structure and professionalism to a fast-paced environment.
If you enjoy being the person who makes things happen, builds strong relationships and takes genuine ownership of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
As an integral part of our Support team, you will:
- Build trusted relationships with Partners, clients and key stakeholders, becoming a reliable and valued point of contact.
- Manage complex calendars and competing priorities, including scheduling meetings, managing inboxes, coordinating logistics, booking meeting rooms and arranging catering.
- Prepare and format high-quality documents, including letters, reports, proposals, correspondence and other client-facing materials for Partners, Directors and Senior Managers.
- Create and refine PowerPoint presentations, ensuring materials are polished, professional and presentation ready.
- Oversee independence compliance across new and existing client engagements, ensuring requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries and other logistics as required.
- Support client events, working closely with the Marketing team to coordinate engaging and seamless experiences.
- Collaborate across the Administration and Support teams to ensure a consistent, responsive and seamless service across the firm.
- Anticipate what’s next, proactively identifying priorities and taking action to keep Partners and their teams moving forward.
What you’ll bring
You’re an experienced EA who knows how to operate in a professional, fast-moving environment and understands that great executive support is about more than simply completing tasks.
You’ll bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within professional services or a similar corporate workplace.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with a commitment to producing work to a high standard.
- A client-focused and professional approach, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- The ability to juggle competing priorities, remain calm under pressure and adapt when things change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with Partners, clients and colleagues.
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive mindset — you’re someone who doesn’t wait to be asked and takes ownership from start to finish.
- Discretion, sound judgement and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with care.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to join a growing professional services firm where your contribution will genuinely be noticed.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure across the business and become an important part of a collaborative Support function. We value people who take ownership, bring ideas to the table and want to make a meaningful contribution - not simply tick boxes.
If you’re an experienced EA looking for a role where you can have real impact, build strong relationships and be part of a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.
