Mid Murray Council is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant Infrastructure & Field Services.
About the role
- Reporting to the Director Infrastructure & Field Services, the Executive Assistant’s key focus areas are to:
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Director and Supervisors.
- Prepare reports, briefings, correspondence, agendas, minutes and project documentation.
- Respond to enquiries, customer requests and complaints, including drafting responses and follow-up actions.
- Support the effective delivery of Infrastructure & Field Services operations.
