You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a busy executive function. This is a trusted partnership role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities across property, development, asset, and stakeholder activities.

Description
- Complex calendar, meeting, and travel management
- Coordinating executive communications and correspondence
- Preparing reports, presentations, board papers, and meeting agendas
- Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assisting with project administration across property and asset portfolios
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, tenants, and key stakeholders
- Maintaining records, contracts, and documentation systems
- Tracking actions, deadlines, and project milestones
- Supporting budgeting, invoicing,
and general administration activities
- Organising team events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
- Providing broader operational support to the Property & Assets function
Profile
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator supporting an executive leader
- Experience within property, construction, development, infrastructure, or a related industry is highly regarded
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgement
- A collaborative and positive approach to working with stakeholders at all levels
