platforms.The ideal candidate will have expertise in usingCyara Velocity,Pulse, and Cruncherto automate customer journey testing acrossvoice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer serviceenvironments.

- Therole will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts,Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-quality customerexperiences across contactcentertechnologies andintegrations.
