X-Golf is a premium entertainment indoor golf venue, and we are looking for a new Assistant Venue Manager for our fantastic venue in Marion!

Our venue combines the established and state of the art X-Golf experience with our Hey Caddy mini golf offering to provide entertainment for all ages all under one roof.

n

With 5 state-of-the-art golf simulators, 12 holes of newly designed mini golf and a full bar and kitchen, X- Golf & Hey Caddy Marion is one of the go-to destinations for year-round indoor entertainment.

The Role:

n

We are actively recruiting a recent Assistant Venue Manager to help support and build the team towards success into the future.

n

The role will be reporting to and receiving support from the Venue Manager, and will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

n

n
- Ensuring a high standard of customer experience and driving venue success
n
- Driving and overseeing X-Golf activations, including events and competitions.
n
- Liaising with the Venue Manager,



Event Sales and Marketing Coordinator in regard to upcoming functions
n
- Understanding and maintaining all venue equipment to high standards
n
- Assisting with managing stock levels, ordering, and stocktaking on a regular basis
n
- Assisting with maintaining the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensuring accuracy of data entry
n

To be successful in your application, you will be able to demonstrate all, if not a combination of the following:

n

n
- A minimum of one (1) years of hospitality experience
n
- Flexibility across seven operating days - Including nights and weekends
n
- Current RSA certificate
n
- Current RP certificate (or have willingness to obtain)
n
- Proven leaderships skills, or the ability to lead a team and set priorities
n
- Basic computer, technology, and word processing skills
n
