Job Description

Bank First is seeking a Senior Specialist in Credit Controls & Governance in Melbourne for a 12-month contract. You will shape frameworks and governance around credit, collections, hardship and member care to deliver fair, member-focused decisions.

You'll partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen controls and balance governance with positive member outcomes in a mutual bank setting committed to teachers and nurses.
