As our Senior People & Culture Manager, you'll shape the experience of our people from their first interaction with TTG through to leadership development, career growth and everything in between.

The Opportunity

This is a broad and highly visible role reporting to the COO, working closely with our Executive Leadership Team.
n
You'll influence leaders, build organisational capability, strengthen our employer brand, and evolve our people practices as we scale, creating a culture where people feel connected, challenged, recognised and proud to work.

What You'll Be Responsible For
n
Culture & Employee Experience
n
n
- Lead employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and onboarding initiatives
n
- Champion and evolve TTG's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
n
- Foster a connected and inclusive culture across permanent, offshore and client-site teams
n
- Help make TTG a place where people thrive and love to work
n
n
Leadership & Capability
n
n
- Drive leadership development and learning initiatives across the business
n
- Manage learning and development programs, platforms and external providers
n
- Identify capability gaps and facilitate talent and succession planning processes
n
- Support workforce capability and career growth
n
n
Performance & People Governance
n
n
- Lead performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys
n
- Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders on people matters
n
- Manage people reporting, analytics, HRIS and compliance requirements (including WGEA)
n
- Maintain fit-for-purpose people policies and support wellbeing and psychosocial risk initiatives
n

Employer Brand & Attraction
n
n
- Bring TTG's employer brand to life through careers marketing and employee storytelling
n
- Partner with Marketing on LinkedIn and employer branding campaigns
n
- Support graduate, referral and talent attraction programs
n
- Strengthen TTG's reputation as an employer of choice
n
n
Strategic Projects
n
n
- Lead People & Culture transformation initiatives, including AI adoption and automation
n
- Drive continuous improvement and employee experience innovation
n
- Support the design and implementation of current People & Culture programs
n
n
About You
n
n
- Broad experience across People & Culture, HR or HR Business Partnering
n
- Experience working in a fast-paced, people-led organisation
n
- A hands-on mindset - you're as comfortable doing the work as you are shaping the strategy
n
- Strong initiative and a track record of building and improving things
n
- Strong organisational and project management skills
n
- Experience across leadership, engagement, performance and capability initiatives
n
- Curiosity about AI and how technology can improve the employee experience and People function
n
- A commercial mindset and understanding of how people, capability and engagement ultimately impact customers and business performance
n
- Experience in professional services or consulting, with exposure to high-growth environments highly regarded
n
