Horner Recruitment is partnering with a leading automotive services business to appoint a QLD State Operations Manager based in Brisbane. You will lead two Operations Managers, own the P&L;, coach leaders, and drive improvements across a sizeable Queensland operation.

This senior role requires an energetic, relationship-driven leader who can build trust, accelerate performance, and work with Sales and dealership stakeholders to shape how the operation performs.
