We seek an experienced Senior L&D; Manager to lead transformation, drive a high-performing team of Training Managers, and implement enterprise LMS and AI-based training solutions.

You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, translating operational metrics into effective learning strategies while guiding change across a matrix organisation.
