icare NSW is seeking a Senior Litigation Specialist in Sydney CBD to receive, respond and resolve pre-litigation and litigation disputes raised by customers. The role involves guiding teams, managing disputes before the WCC and Courts, and improving processes to deliver timely outcomes for workers’ compensation matters.

You will liaise with Dispute Resolution Leaders, develop litigation strategies, and ensure decisions align with policy and business goals.
