JK Williams Group is seeking a senior HR Manager to lead the people function across NSW and QLD, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own the HR agenda, manage a three-person team, and shape strategy while handling hands-on ER/IR matters.

You’ll partner with operations and site leaders in a multi-state construction setting, oversee workers’ compensation, performance management, and compliance, and drive culture and organisational development with data-driven insight.
