Coles is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager - Payments to protect our control environment and work with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Payments, Risk, Compliance and Audit. You will coordinate annual AFSL control reviews, maintain governance records, and report on control effectiveness and incidents.

The role demands hands-on experience with AFSL and AML/CTF-regulated entities, knowledge of payments-related controls, and robust stakeholder engagement across complex departments.
