We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Officer to provide strategic and operational support to our Executive Team. This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of the organisation, ensuring seamless executive administration, strong governance practices, and efficient business operations.

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will coordinate executive meetings, prepare high-quality reports and board papers, manage key governance processes, and oversee a range of office and property management functions across both accommodation and corporate environments. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage competing priorities will be essential to your success.

Key requirements include

- Strong project, process and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes to deadlines
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, compliance obligations, and administrative best practice




- Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, correspondence, briefing papers and committee documentation for diverse audiences
- Sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and exercise initiative
- Tertiary qualifications, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- Full Australian working rights
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Desirable:
- Knowledge of industry best practice, particularly within the disability and NDIS sector
