Role Description The Experienced Archicad Documenter will work in office at Studio Minosa in Mascot, NSW (remote opportnoty could be possible) in a contract capacity, supporting the delivery of high-end residential kitchen and bathroom projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing detailed Archicad documentation sets, including plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and schedules aligned with design intent and project standards. The role involves coordinating drawings with consultants and suppliers, incorporating mark-ups and design revisions, and ensuring documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.





The documenter will liaise closely with designers to translate concepts into accurate construction and tender documentation, maintain drawing consistency across projects, and support efficient workflow and file management. Participation in internal reviews, occasional site-related documentation tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement of documentation templates and processes are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Archicad, with proven experience producing detailed documentation for high-end residential interiors.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate plans, elevations, sections, joinery details for interiors, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and finishes, particularly in bespoke interior design contexts.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with design team
- Relevant qualifications in architecture, interior design, drafting, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Australian building regulations and standards, and prior work in luxury residential interiors, is highly beneficial.
