About the Venues

- Manzo Bisteccheria is an Italian fire-driven steakhouse inspired by the great grills of the world — featuring premium cuts, bold flavours, strong cocktails and an extensive wine cellar.
- Divino Osteria is a refined Italian dining experience focused on quality ingredients, beautiful pasta, seafood and a curated Italian wine list.

Both venues are located in Sydney CBD and operate at a high standard of service and presentation.

The Roles

We are looking for a variety of experienced chefs to join our team in full-time roles across our new and existing venues - Head Chef, Sous Chef, Senior Chef, and Chef De Partie.

We’re looking for professionals who:

- Have proven experience in quality venues (Experience with Italian cuisine highly desirable)
- Move with urgency and confidence
- Care deeply about guest experience




- Understand premium product and presentation
- Work well under pressure
- Bring positive energy and leadership
