Full-Time | Approx. 38 Hours Per Week | $32–$36 Per Hour + Super | Family-Owned Practice | Supportive Team | Genuine Long-Term Opportunity If you are an experienced Dental Assistant who wants more than just another job, this is the kind of opportunity worth taking a closer look at.
Attention To Dental is recruiting for a well-established, family-owned dental practice in Adelaide's western suburbs that has built a strong reputation around quality patient care, teamwork and creating an environment where people genuinely feel part of the practice.
The team is growing because the practice is growing. Increased patient demand has created the need for another experienced Dental Assistant to join the clinical team, and the intention is to find someone who wants to settle in, build strong relationships and become part of the practice long term.
Why This Practice Is Different
This is a long-standing, family-owned practice with a loyal patient base and a strong reputation within the local community. The environment is fast-paced, supportive, friendly and patient-focused, with a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional experience for both patients and staff. The practice has a genuine 4.9-star Google rating, and staff tend to stay because of the positive culture, consistent patient base and the sense of belonging that comes from working in a close-knit environment where people feel valued. Regular team meetings, recognition of team milestones and a collaborative working environment are part of the culture.

They will communicate confidently, take initiative and contribute positively to the wider team. They will be highly organised, reliable, proactive and comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced clinical workplace.
The practice is looking for someone who notices what needs to be done and gets on with it, rather than waiting to be asked. Above all, they want someone who genuinely enjoys dentistry, cares about patients and wants to become part of a great team long term.
