- Providing HSE support to fixed plant maintenance and shutdown activity
- Field leadership: workplace inspections, hazard reviews, pre-starts and toolbox sessions
- Supporting permit to work and isolation processes
- Participating in and completing incident investigations, including ICAM
- Coaching supervisors and crews on critical risk controls
- Reporting and closing out corrective actions
What you will need
- Three or more years in an HSE Advisor role, ideally in processing, fixed plant or heavy maintenance
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety as a minimum, Diploma well regarded
- Preferred: Experience participating in ICAM investigations. You do not need to have led one
- Confidence working directly with trades and maintenance supervisors
- Current WA driver's licence and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A;
