Pro Step Landscaping is seeking an experienced Senior Landscaper who can operate confidently, independently, and uphold our high standards across residential and structural landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Laying blocks, brickwork, and structural retaining systems
- Paving (concrete, stone, large format) with precision and finish quality
- Operating power tools and small machinery safely and efficiently
- Working autonomously and managing daily tasks without supervision
- Delivering high‑quality landscaping outcomes across gardens, turf, drainage, and hardscapes
- Leading by example with workmanship, communication, and site organisation
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong competency in block laying and paving
- Confident with all landscaping power tools and equipment
- Solid knowledge of landscaping construction, materials,
and site processes
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
- White Card required
- Driver’s licence required
Highly Beneficial
- Bobcat/skid steer operating experience
- MR truck licence
- Ability to train or guide junior staff when needed
