Job Title: Experienced Nail, Eyelash & Waxing Technicians Needed

Position Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Waxing, Eyelash & Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beauty services, including waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail art, while ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for our clients. Being strongly fluent in English is not required however would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Waxing Services:

- Perform various waxing techniques, including facial and body waxing, ensuring client comfort and safety.
- Educate clients on aftercare and skin care products to maintain smooth skin post-waxing.
- Able to use a variety of different waxing techniques such as soft wax, roll on wax and strip wax.

Eyelash Services:

- Apply and maintain eyelash extensions with precision, customizing styles to suit individual client preferences.
- Conduct thorough consultations to determine the best lash options and address any client concerns.

Nail Treatments:

- Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements (acrylics, gels, etc.), and other nail services with high attention to detail and creativity.

Client Consultation:





- Provide professional advice on nail care and all beauty treatment options. Customize services to meet clients’ needs and preferences. Able to promote additional services.

Hygiene and Safety:

- Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest nail products, tools, and trends. Recommend and apply products that enhance the client experience.

Customer Service:

- Deliver outstanding customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to clients’ needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Sales:

- Promote and upsell salon services and retail products to clients. Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Able to process payments and helping customers manage their schedules by making appointments.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient salon operation. Support and mentor junior technicians as needed.
- Highly experienced therapists may supervise and train junior technicians to ensure quality in the salon remains high.
