About the role

Castle Drilling Company (CDC) is a proudly owner-operated drilling contractor built on professionalism, safety and solid client relationships. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced RC Drillers and Water Well Drillers to join our team immediately.

Available Roles

- RC Grade Control Drillers
- RC Exploration Drillers
- Water Well Drillers (Great Southern, WA)

Key responsibilities

- Operate RC drilling equipment in remote FIFO environments
- Work 12 hour shifts in remote locations
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards

About you

- HR Licence Required (MC Licence highly regarded)
- Ability to provide a compliant National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
- Physically fit and capable of working 12 hour shifts in remote FIFO environments




- Atlas Copco L8 RC Grade Control drilling experience (preferred)
- RC drilling experience to 250m+ depths (preferred)
- Experience operating booster and auxiliary compressors (preferred)
- Class 1 Water Well Licence (preferred)
- Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
