LGC Traffic Management is seeking qualified and experienced TMA Operators, WTM/AWTM, and Traffic Controllers to join our growing team.

We offer a wide variety of local traffic control casual shifts

Important:

Only applicants who currently hold BWTM & TC accreditation, meet the minimum requirements, and have relevant experience will be considered. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.

A current National Police Clearance is required.

Minimum requirements:

- Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) Accreditation
- Traffic Controller (TC) Accreditation
- Construction Induction White/Blue Card
- Current Driver’s Licence (minimum C class)
- TMA experience (highly valued)
- WTM & AWTM Accreditation (highly valued)
- Current National Police Clearance

Key responsibilities:

- Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for works or events,
- Use of Stop/Slow Bat or PTCDs to control traffic,
- Complete all required site documentation,
- Monitor site safety in line with the companies Policies and Procedures,
- Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans,
- Load and unload vehicles with signage and equipment,
- Report on site hazards and near misses,
- Monitor traffic behaviour and or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times,
- Obey instructions from team leaders, auditors and managers,
- Control traffic, pedestrians and cyclists to protect maintenance workers,



work crews and members of the public.

- Availability for day and night shifts (local and away works)
