I’m reaching out to introduce Rilleon Technologies, an Australian technology and research venture focused on a simple but key question:

How can we help people and intelligent machines make better decisions in complex, uncertain and rapidly changing environments?

We are bringing together AI, cybernetics, systems engineering, digital twins, complex systems and knowledge engineering to develop a new approach to intelligent decision-making.

Our work goes beyond simply collecting and analysing data. We are interested in how information becomes knowledge, how knowledge can be trusted, how uncertainty is managed, and how humans and AI can work together to make better decisions.

This is being developed through our emerging M∞ META-INTELLIGENCE ENGINE™ and CPEWEP architecture, with potential applications across defence, government, critical infrastructure, mining, energy, manufacturing, healthcare and other complex environments.

At this stage, we are looking for the right people and organisations to build this with us — whether through research, a pilot project, industry collaboration, commercialisation, strategic partnership or investment.

Expression of Interest | Chief Technical Officer - Advisor

We are seeking expressions of interest from an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Technical Officer - Advisor to contribute to the early-stage development of META Infinity (M∞) Systematic Intelligence.

META Infinity (M∞) is an emerging concept focused on how human intelligence, artificial intelligence, information, knowledge, complex systems and systems of systems can work together to improve understanding and decision-making in uncertain and rapidly changing environments.





We are looking for someone who can help us move from concept to technical direction, providing independent advice on feasibility, architecture, technology pathways and the foundations required for future development.

The ideal person may have experience across areas such as AI, systems engineering, complex systems, software architecture, digital twins, data and information systems, autonomous systems, cyber-physical systems or advanced technology development.

As an Advisor, you would provide strategic technical guidance during the formative stage of the initiative, including:

- Reviewing and challenging the M∞ concept from a technical perspective
- Helping identify a realistic pathway from concept to prototype
- Advising on potential system architecture and technology requirements
- Identifying technical risks, gaps and development priorities
- Helping determine the specialist expertise required to build the capability
- Guiding early-stage research, proof-of-concept and future commercialisation pathways
- Translating complex technical considerations into practical recommendations for founders and stakeholders

We are particularly interested in speaking with people who are comfortable working at the intersection of research, engineering, emerging technology and innovation,



and who enjoy helping shape ideas at the earliest stage.

This is initially an Expression of Interest for an advisory role, rather than a conventional full-time CTO appointment. The scope and future involvement would be discussed with suitable candidates as the initiative develops.

Australian experience across Defence, national security, critical infrastructure, research, universities, deep technology or complex engineering programs would be highly regarded.
