The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available with a well-established commercial property agency renowned for delivering exceptional service across commercial and industrial assets.

With a collaborative team culture, modern systems and a genuine focus on professional development, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager looking to make an impact within a growing business.

Working closely with the property management team, you'll take ownership of facilities operations across a diverse portfolio, ensuring assets remain safe, compliant and operating to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing the day-to-day facilities operations across a commercial and industrial property portfolio
- Overseeing reactive and preventative maintenance programs
- Managing contractor performance, service agreements and project delivery
- Ensuring statutory compliance, risk management and WHS obligations are met
- Conducting site inspections and identifying opportunities for asset improvements
- Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors




- Preparing operational reports, budgets and maintenance planning

What They're Looking For

- Previous experience managing commercial or industrial facilities
- Strong understanding of building services, compliance and contractor management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using facilities or property management software such as Cirrus FM, Cirrus8 or similar is highly regarded
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine passion for delivering exceptional property outcomes
