Sound like you? Here is what you should know… About the Role The Factory Operator and Factory Hand is required to follow the direction and assist with general operations of the factory.

Duties

- Maintain food safety and quality in all tasks undertaken
- Achieve KPI’s set by management on a daily basis
- Sorting product of all defects and foreign materials in accordance to our specifications
- Packing and manual handling
- Willingness to rotate to other areas of the business
- Overseeing the machine and equipment to achieve daily KPI's
- Cleaning of machine and equipment
- Operational maintenance when required
- Basic computer operations
- General cleaning duties

Key Requirements

- Commitment to safety




- Dedicated to food safety and quality
- Willing to work weekends when required
- Prior experience sorting products and/or working in a food processing environment
- Prior experience in operating machines in a similar environment
- Understanding of HACCP and quality management systems

What You Should Know About Our Operations Our business is widespread, growing walnuts and almonds in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree and macadamias, avocados and mangoes in Bundaberg, Queensland.

Off the paddock, we operate nut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg. In addition, our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all of our sites as well as the Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
