You will be instrumental in evolving product offerings, translating cutting-edge trends into commercial successes, and shaping cohesive collections that resonate deeply with a discerning youth audience. What You’ll Do

- Translate overarching fashion trends and creative direction into innovative, commercially viable products.
- Generate original prints and patterns, ensuring their seamless and fashion-forward application across various products.
- Develop detailed and accurate product specification sheets for manufacturing partners.
- Curate and build cohesive product ranges and capsules, ensuring a unified vision rather than isolated designs.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in colour, material, print, and pattern selection and combination.
- Masterfully mix prints, textures, materials, and finishes to create sophisticated, fashion-led designs.
- Strategically balance hero products with supporting items, creating depth and variation within collections.
- Utilize trend and mood boards to develop clear, actionable product design solutions.
- Inject a strong fashion point of view while consistently designing for a commercial customer and price point.





What You’ll Bring Must-Have Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fashion design and product development, ideally within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or youth product categories.
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative direction into commercial product.
- Expertise in creating original prints and patterns specifically for fashion application.
- Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate product spec sheets for suppliers.
- A strong portfolio showcasing cohesive ranges or collections, highlighting your use of colour, print, material, and product variation.
- Exceptional visual awareness of current fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
- Comfortable and proficient working with Adobe Illustrator.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience specifically within bags, accessories, lifestyle, or other multi-product fashion categories.
- Familiarity with WGSN or other trend forecasting platforms.
- Experience as a midweight or senior designer, capable of hitting the ground running and contributing immediately.

Project Overview This is an initial 1-2 month project, with a strong likelihood of extension and potential conversion into a permanent opportunity. We are open to candidates who can commit for a shorter period if they have upcoming engagements later in the year.
