Part-Time (0.7 EFT 26.6 hours per week)

If so, we want enthusiastic people with a passion for working with families in their home.

You will provide links to high quality community- based services which assist and support families with children aged 0-18 years to develop, maintain and strengthen their independence and well-being by improving connections to education, health and other services. You will work collaboratively to provide strength-based, goal orientated and outcome focused solutions.

To be successful you will have a qualification in social work or a related field,



for example a Diploma in Welfare or Community Services and experience in the delivery of support services to families within a community setting.
