About The Business Brownes Dairy has been delighting consumers for over 140 years and is ready to embark on a new growth phase. You’ll step into an important role as a Machine Operator within our Dairy Food Plant, with the prospect to contribute to the future of Brownes Dairy with brands such as Hunt and Brew, Füll+, ProGo, Brownes Chill and Yogo.

The Position

Based in the beautiful Southwest, we are looking for a Farm Liaison Officer to join us in Brunswick on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in close partnerships with the heart of our business - our partner dairy farmers to ensure farms are receiving the best support to produce the highest quality of farm milk. You will continue to grow a vast understanding of farm and our dairy processes, reviewing incoming milk, conducting site visits and audits with farms and assisting with general site coverage.

Due to the nature of the work our farmers undertake,



there is a requirement for this role to be available ‘on call’ from time to time.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in a relationship management/liaison role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly food production
- Food Processing experience with Supervisory exposure being advantageous
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience in conducting site audits, quality assurance checks and complaint handling processes
