- Support a portfolio of shopping centres that includesMarrickville, Double Bay, Bondi and Surry Hills which will be your primarylocation.

- Build valuable, long-termrelationships with a diverse mix of retailers, service providers, and keystakeholders.

- We require a NSW real estatelicence for this role.

Who we're looking for?

- Current NSWReal Estate Certificate of Registration orwillingness to obtain (with our support).

- Proven experience in retail orproperty management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.

- Strong communication andstakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Familiarity with tenancy systemsand compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.

The role

Join Knight Frank's nationalretail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations,presentation, and tenant engagement for a portfolio of shopping centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of daily retail andtenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance andpresentation standards.





- Act as the primary contact fortenants, resolving queries promptly and building robust relationships.

- Coordinate lease administration,compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.

- Monitor rental and controlarrears, including issuing arrears letters to tenants.

- Support marketing initiatives,retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.

- Assist in co-ordinating casualmall leasing activities.

- Partner with facilities andportfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
