We are currently seeking motivated Chiropractic Associates to join our dynamic team!

BackFit is a true multidisciplinary practice that provides personalized chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, and pain management services to our patients. We are looking for coachable, outgoing, Chiropractors with growth mindsets who can perform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified individuals will learn our EMR, business practices, and protocols. Mentorship and training in day-to-day practice will be provided. Opportunities to advance to a Clinic Director will be considered for exceptional candidates who can step into a leadership role.

Requirements

- Valid Arizona DC and PT License
n
- MANUAL adjustment skills necessary
n
- Self-motivated,

- Must be willing to learn training systems and scripts

Duties Include

n

n
- Initial physical patient exams and re-exams
n
- Evaluation and Management with Re-examinations to determine progress of care
n
- Taking and interpreting x-rays
n
- Writing and delivering Plans of Care
n
- Managing new patient cases as well as existing cases
n
- Performing adjustments of the spine and extremities
n
- Consulting with internal and external medical providers to maximize patient recoveryEnter daily notes into EMR
n
