- Currently completing or have completed your QLD Real Estate Certificate
n
- Genuine interest in building a career in Property Management

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Organised, proactive and eager to learn

- Professional and positive attitude

- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with routine inspections and ingoing/outgoing reports
n
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
n
- Coordinating maintenance and follow-ups
n
- Preparing leases, renewals, and general documentation
n
