As a yd. Store Manager you will:

- Lead your store to deliverconsistent sales growth and achieve/exceed store KPIs and budget expectations.
- Provide anexceptional customer experiencethrough the yd. CLASS sales steps and lead by example at all times.
- Build and maintain ahigh-performance team culturethat inspires, motivates and develops your team.
- Coach your team consistently, providinghonest, candid and constructive feedbackto drive individual and team performance.
- Develop future leaders throughsuccession planning, coaching and ongoing development opportunities.
- Be commercially driven and confident inanalysing sales performance, identifying opportunities and taking action to drive results.
- Lead your team through purposefulshift inductions, goal setting and performance conversations.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisation, includingrosters, VM execution, key sale periods, training and operational requirements.
- Maintainexceptional visual merchandising,



store presentation and operational standards.
- Ensure all store procedures are followed, includingLoss Prevention, stock integrity, Payroll, C+C and WH&S; requirements.
- Take ownership of your store’s performance and beaccountable for delivering results.
- Represent the yd. brand withEnergy, Collaboration, Inspiration, Success and Integrityin everything you do.

Skills required:

- Previous experience as aStore Manager or strong Assistant Store Managerwithin a fashion retail or customer service environment.
- Proven ability tolead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven understanding ofKPIs, budgets, sales performance and their impact on a business.
- Ability toanalyse performance, identify opportunities and implement strategiesto drive sales and growth.
- Strong understanding ofcustomer experience and sales leadership.
- Highly organised with excellentplanning, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability torecruit, onboard, coach and retaina solid team.
- Confident communicator who ishonest, candid, approachable and accountable.
- Ability to lead through change,problem-solve and make commercially sound decisions.
- Strong understanding ofstore operations, VM standards, stock management and compliance.
- Self-motivated, resilient and driven with a genuinepassion for developing people and achieving results.
- A natural leader who caninspire others, create accountability and bring energy to the team every day.
